Generally, I let frozen meat dry overnight in the pack in the refrigerator!

Precisely minced meat should not be thawing outside the refrigerator, as it is susceptible to germs!

Apart from that, your minced meat could be frozen until it was processed if it was flat-shaped…

Depends on how Dick is the meat. I’d take the meat out of the freezer in the morning.

I might recommend warming up a little faster. z.b. put it in a bowl, in a warm water bath

Meat is relatively insensitive. Put the uncooled into the room and around 14.00 it is thawed.

Of course it always depends, but…

I always put it in a hot water bath in the sink! So in the bag!
That’s going relatively fast! However, as the water gets so cold, fill in warm water every few minutes!

Depends on the portion. Carpaccio is up to 2:00. It’s not a roast.

A batch with 2 pounds doesn’t get so fast. It should also be done in the refrigerator.
