Also ich kenn das nur so, dass man sich einfach neue Tickets besorgt & die Tickets, die man nicht mehr braucht verkauft. Hab so auch ein Ticket für ein Konzert bekommen, weil die Person ein VIP Ticket bekommen hatte & das andere dann nicht mehr gebraucht hat
Die kannst du leider nicht umtauschen. Die einzige Möglichkeit wäre der Verkauf über Fansale. Das geht aber glaube ich frühestens ab Dezember oder so und wer weiß, ob die jemand kauft.

normalerweise sind Veranstaltungskarten immer vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.
Das einzige was du machen kannst, ist die Karten anderweitig weiter zu verkaufen und (falls möglich) umpersonalisieren lassen.
