ich frage für eine Freundin (die hat kein gf). Sie wurde letztens mit ca 30 km/h zu viel geblitzt, aber sie ist in der Probezeit. Jetzt stellt sie sich die Frage, wie die bußgeldbehörde es kontrollieren will, dass sie den Brief wirklich bekommen hat ? Oder kann sie einfach das Bußgeld zahlen und keinen Fahrer benennen ?
