How do you get into big companies?

Hey,

I am currently employed in a medium-sized company with around 50 employees, where I am not at all satisfied.

Honestly, I only accepted the position because I couldn't find any other employment (I lacked professional experience).

I'd like to work at larger companies, like Daimler, Porsche, or Bosch, but it must be really difficult to get accepted into such large companies. They probably receive thousands of applications.

Do you have any experience with large companies? Is it really better to work there, and how do you get into one?

I worked up from the Azubi as a procurator within 17 years of work.

Like that? … best always be in the right place at the right time and offer what is just in demand. Therefore, you should be able to do what is not so often and what is urgently sought. That’s what happened to me, because I had a lot of competitors but nobody could do what I can. Only then did I get the lucrative place in the Grand Bank and then worked very laboriously over the course of the year.

You should take off from other applicants, so analyze the job offers what is required and try to offer something more so that you are preferred.

So I’d say you’re just getting involved.?

With very large companies one is “only” one of many who do the same as oneself. This is often not the case in small/family or medium-sized enterprises, because there are not 30 people who have the same profession or activity. However, I think you can better rise or work up in large companies. Evtl also pays more, etc comes to the company. :

Easy to apply. If it suits it.

However, you must also see that in large companies it is also such and such, and what you do not necessarily have to be what is and is a usual company in size. Especially since 2 of them are in the automotive industry and this is already very special anyway.

In the end, it comes to your professional experience and what you are looking for
