Fast with the ICE, slower but cheaper (9-Euro-ticket) with regional trains, also Flixbus, driving center or the like.
http://Www.bahn.de, for 9 € in about 4 hours or very fast with the ICE for much more money.
By bike, you can drive in about 16 hours.
