How do I access my Google account?

I have a huge problem.

I can't log into my Google account. I enter my email address, and Google asks for my password. I've forgotten my password. I click "Forgot password," enter my phone number, and get a confirmation code.

Then it says Choose how you want to log in.

I have the same email there

And another one I don't know

So I can't use either of them

(I then click on try another login option)

It turns out that Google could not confirm that this account belongs to you.

Please help me!!!!!!
