Hey,

Not at all. Either you’re a person with a slight sleep, or not. You can’t influence that.

Maybe you can change something at the alarm?

I’ve had the best experiences with a light hit. It starts slowly about half an hour before the resurrection, dimming the light more and more brightly and simulating a sunrise. Works much better with me than an alarm clock that just makes krach in the dark.

How deep your sleep is usually dependent on the sleep phase. At the beginning of sleep you usually have more low sleep phases. The longer the sleep takes, the less deep sleep.

So if you sleep for a long time, it shouldn’t be a problem. If so, talk to your doctor, maybe there’s a disorder of the sleep phases.

Maybe you wear a smartwatch and make it vibrate in addition to your alarm clock.
