Not at all. Unless you can raise interest.

For example, many years ago I installed a new plant in the high north of Sweden. There was an invitation from the whole department and I did. The deputy boss sat at my table. Classic music was played in the speaker.

I think it was a Beethoven piano concerto. I let go of some comment and had an interesting conversation with him.

Later, several people from the department talked to me as I would have done, so much and long nobody would have spoken to him. Of course I learned something from that. 😉

If you know this fact, I’m sure there’s a lot of people trying out, right? Maybe you just try to try it in a different way than the others, or yourself before it!

Maybe just be completely honest. Say, you’ve got a celebrity as you’re supposed to address this person, but you’d like it, and this person might tell you what’s going wrong… Hope I could help you somehow!
