There is a (24 V) or two (12 V) segments defective.

The preresistance of a color is estimated to be defective or a solder is cold and broken.

With a measuring instrument you could find the fault and repair the damage.

Otherwise, you still have the option of cutting the segment out at the desired interfaces and cutting off an identical part from the end of the strip and using it at the damaged spot. This is only possible with soldering iron and some experience.

exchange of steifens. Don’t believe that you can do great things yourself… and the dinger doesn’t cost the world.

Exchange and buy a higher quality, possibly only one piece from work is soldered incorrectly.
