Wie kann ich trotz Panikstörung in den Club?
Ich habe ein Panik bzw Angststörung. Heißt ich habe Angst vor der Angst. Also Angst eine Panikattacke zu bekommen. Morgen will ich in den Club aber ich habe Angst dort umzukippen weil es mich vielleicht zu sehr stresst.
Was kann ich tun damit es klappt?
Bitte keine Kommentare ,,lass es einfach”. Nein ich möchte dort hin.

Take breaks and get away. For example, in the bathroom to the toilet or to the fresh air. Maybe one of your friends smokes and you can get some air together. Slowly get used to the situation and when you realize that it will be too much it is better to snap air short
Tell your friends that they have an eye on you and talk to you/think when you notice you get panic
In the club itself you have to fear nix, most are eh drunk, who do not fall negatively on
The problem is I can’t find friends having time. So at least up to date. And I can’t do it on my own. I’m ashamed. But I finally want to live normal again. I’m not talking about alcohol but just experiencing something again

Maybe there’s still what someone has time to get away from the club when friends have time

Even if you’re a little open, you’ll find some people
A prominent person is there and it is free admission tomorrow. Because I don’t have that money, I’d save it. Sure if no one has time I have to give up but would be a pity
Just take the tips you get. The beauty of it is – if it works in the club, it also works elsewhere! So you’re no longer limited by that.
