So decrease healthy in a short time goes rather bad. To take off (in a healthy measure) you should aim for a calorie deficit. Most of my 300-500 kcal deficit a day should be enough. The most important thing you need to be careful is that you feed well balanced.

Ps: You don’t have to. Just stay as you are and do not care too much about your weight, that can get problematic very quickly
