Find your time for a short sleep, with me it’s about 40 and 50 minutes. I’m fit again and I can sleep well at night.

With me, it used to be quite exactly 3 h sleep, but then I was up to approx. 3:00 a.m. and I got up 9 a.m., already a lot of sleep. Nevertheless I like to sleep because I dream a lot – there can often not keep reality 😅

must fight to sleep in the night

I usually go out,- short walk. Or take a little snack to me (banane, or other fruits) Maybe also a cup of coffee.If it doesn’t go, and I just don’t like it, I’ll do something. Sometimes there are 10-20 minutes. Then I’ll be back in shape.

I always lose the game against fatigue and fall asleep, provided I have nothing to do at that time.

Force? Cold shower, go out and exercise or caffeine. But I recommend, make a short blow, 20-30 minutes are enough.

But a Powernap of Max 15min makes you awake, so light wax. At least with me.

If you only lie down 10-15min, close your eyes (you don’t even have to sleep), close your eyes, you’ll be recharged.
