What helps against loss of appetite and inner restlessness?

Against appetite:

  • Use spices like cumin and other spices. Some spices stimulate appetite and food tastes better.
  • Drink appetite-provoking tea varieties (gwer, fennel, lion tooth etc…)
  • If you have no strength for movement, then do think sports (cheach, Sudoku, reading etc…)
  • Try to touch with many small times.
  • If you smoke, you should stop. nicotine draws the appetite.
  • Fallls du take medication, look at the side effects list.
  • Eat things you like.
  • Drink Cola Zero. The sweets in it stimulate the appetite.
  • Eat Chinese food, which makes hungry faster.
  • Avoid soups and do not drink before eating, otherwise the stomach grows.

Against inner unrest, distraction (reading, music, recruiting, hobbies etc…) or you talk or telephone with another person. Try to suppress negative thoughts and avoid grumping.

It helps me physically outpower against internal unrest.

I don’t care about appetite. But what I can always eat is fruit and smoothies. Maybe there’s something about you, too.

There are people who get appetite when watching cooking shows. Maybe that would help you. – Have you tried that before?
