Hi,

remember, it’s about building muscles and not just fat. So focus on a balanced diet with enough protein. Get pure with healthy fats from nuts, avocado etc. Make regular strength training that helps in muscle growth. But do not exaggerate so that the body can recover. Eat and snack healthy, maybe nuts, yogurt, fruits in between. And eat larger portions at the main meal times. :
