How can I get into the habit of eating only at mealtimes?
I've noticed that I'm constantly hungry/appealing all day long. I eat occasionally throughout the day, actually, all the time. I make sure that what I eat is mostly healthy, but at the moment I'm getting more and more cravings for sweets. Even at night, I get such intense cravings that I eat something. I don't eat much then, but I'd like to go a few hours without eating.
Of course, I've tried just eating at mealtimes, but then I almost go crazy if I don't eat a roll or something else in between.
I don't have the desire to lose weight at the moment because I think I look healthy (I also exercise), but I can imagine that eating so often could soon lead to a problem.
that’s not a problem I had the same.
Plenty of drinking approx. 2-3 L water that makes the stomach full and you have no hunger.
eat apple every 3 hours, no sugary fruits like grapes or bananas.
You’ve got the problem that you’re too much sugary and you’re going to raise the sugar level. When the case comes you get withdrawal symptoms with me that was so bad that the hands trembled and how old ALK cranes.
All that “bread” things are like toast bread, to avoid rolls.
The dead is pizza, döner, burger, cola, beer, chocolate etc.
I don’t need any sweets.
Our son also feeds apples, cabbage, cucumbers, he wants nix sweets more. Give me an ice cream.
With that much drink I started about 2 weeks ago and it actually helps me avoid my next urge to eat(but not completely)Of course and vegetables I also eat in the meantime my hunger does not stop. Then I guess the sugar will really be the problem with me.
But how did you make the change? Because with the trembling I have also now where you say (as I have written I am almost insane) .
Good points, just a few things I want to make clear!
simply wanted to notice this without sending criticism, because I believe that this information can also be helpful
Pay attention to nutrients. I’m sure there’ll be some lack.
In the meantime, there are minitomates and cucumbers and paprika, ready!
