Is the graph present as a vector file, e.g. as a .svg file? Then this goes with PowerPoint or an x-popular SVG editor. You have to recolor the graphics in such a tool.

If the graphics are only available as a PNG or JPG file, this is less good, but still feasible. You can then open the graphics in tools like Paint.NET or Photoshop and reduce brightness.

… Or do it like newcomer says and take the original file…
