I used this at my Opel Omega for the identical Radio DelcoElectronics CDR 2005 (is the same device in double DIN format). That was easy: I’m to the Opel dealer and asked them to find out the number and gave it to me. This seems to be in a database where you specify the chassis number. It took no five minutes & was free 🙂

I didn’t have to pay anything at the time, that was a single handle on the PC for the lady from the service.

Ask different dealers or check the documents. At Opel there was always a “Car Pass” that was included (so a cardboard card that should be somewhere on the checkbook) and also includes the radio code.
