How can I crack this?

Hey people,

My mom found an old bike lock of ours in our workshop. She brought it to me so I could maybe crack it, but it just doesn't work… I've tried every combination that has something to do with our family or something.

I've seen a trick before, but it doesn't work with this lock because you don't hear a click when you turn it.

This is the lock. But be careful, the numbers there are reversed. So they have nothing to do with the code.

Can you help me somehow? I'm pretty stubborn and I WANT TO CRACK THIS LOCK NOW๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚Help!!!

Hi, with the very cheap number locks you can find out by pulling whether a ring is correct. Each ring locks yes, and if it’s right, the plugged in gets a bit looser.

But the higher-quality number locks no longer work.

You first turn the first ring with a little pull on the side where the lock is put in. If you feel that it gives off, you take the second ring, etc.

Put it somewhere where everyone has access to it. Make a jackpot who cracks the castle first. At 4 digits, there are 10000 combinations. You’ve been busy for a few hours.

Have fun;-)

Just test all 10,000 possibilities.

How, “a lot”?

There’s no zero. So it’s a total of 6561 ways to try out only half of the chance. Come on! It’s faster than you think. I’d oil that thing a little before.

Although there is no specified zero, there are still small nubs on the photo. This means that there are still 10 000 possibilities…

That’s the ‘1’.

No, look at the left row, you can see that the 1 has its own position.

It’s really easy.

Take some metal saw and saw at the place where the numbers are in plastic and deeper to the metal. You’ll see the zinc die-cast metal pin is soft like butter.

If this is too much stress, just kneif with a poppy bite tong wire for wire of the rope.
