I'm a bit confused right now. I use Amazon Prime and have ARD Plus and Herzkino. I want to cancel them, but I can't seem to get it to work. The instructions Dr. Google gives me don't work at all. It always says I have to change my payment terms for Prime. I've already tried that, but I still can't cancel. Does that mean I have to cancel Amazon Prime completely to get rid of the channels?
