You’re overweight. I guess you should take at least 15 kg. And that’s really the least.

At your age, I weighed 83 Kg and had taken off.

I took 15-20 kg within 3 months.

How did I do that?

Nich with high-quality sports but a good diet.

  1. You drink a lot of water (no Cola, no other sweet drinks)
  2. You reduce the portions you eat every day, for example in breakfast or dinner, to create a calorie deficit, because only so is it possible to take off, because in order to take off your body must burn fat and that it can only take less calories to you than it is usually the case(does not know exactly how much this value is with you, however, you can calculate this.)
  3. Stop eating chips, chocolate, other sweets, pastries or almost food. All that goes into this category is unhealthy and serves nothing else but an unhealthy lifestyle. So just leave your fingers away.

These were mainly the points that I observed and thus also really achieved good results.

Important: I am not a nutritionist neither have I professional training in this field. So it would make sense to be advised by a nutritionist beforehand.

And the most important thing about losing weight is discipline. You have to stay steadfast and enforce yourself.
