Just move. Since, as we read, you are so sensational about EU law, I must unfortunately assume that your desires for “life in a better country” are simply unripe brain spins.

You can also do that if you only travel to Sweden on holiday

It might be up to you if you don’t have a good life here.

And what do you want to justify that you need asylum?

Not at all and you don’t. You can just settle in Sweden.

Sure! You can do it. The Swedish Foreign Office will then call the German Embassy, after the answer both will laugh warmly, wish for a nice weekend ….

… and then insert yourself into a closed institution.

Why would you get asylum?
Are you politically persecuted in Germany

I can’t imagine.
Maybe police.
However, there is no danger in Germany for body and life.

You are likely to declare refugees as economic refugees in general, without even being able to assess their situation.

The employees of the Swedish offices probably know better how to judge asylum seekers. She shouldn’t be diffused as a “Gurken-Truppe”.

This means that if you are being searched for police,
Germany can demand that you be delivered to Germany.

You won’t get.
In addition, Sweden and Germany have an extradition agreement.
