Hello everyone, my DSL contract was canceled yesterday. I actually wanted to cancel it, but I lost track. Anyway, I just signed up for a new one over the phone, but the representative couldn't say how long it would take. Does anyone have any experience with this? same address, same connection, same hardware, no technician…
Hello, I purchased a Freenet mobile phone plan through Check24 and canceled the contract two days later through Check24. There was a completed cancellation form, and the woman on the phone said that this would cancel everything and revoke the direct debit mandate. I also received a shipping confirmation for the cancellation, but still no…
Hello. My PC is an HP Prodesk Windows 11. I use Google Chrome as my browser. Downloads became increasingly slow, so I uninstalled Google Chrome and reinstalled it, but the same problem persisted. Then I tried Mozilla, and the same downloads were 10 times faster. By downloads, I mean online articles and recipes. Even when…
I want to spend more time in the real world, interacting directly with other people. To achieve this, I plan to take internet-free days. Do you think it's sufficient to process emails on two days Monday through Friday—i.e., work emails? And one day on the weekend for personal emails? And to communicate this in an…
I searched TikTok for the old dance "F*ck it up," but after typing it in, it said "No results found." Why is that? There used to be a lot of videos about it.
What exactly is the one on the left with the laptop symbol? I haven't opened the program yet, and when I click on it, it closes and then reopens.
52Mbit/s =/ 52MB/s.
Your speed in the download is as the speed test has shown.
8MB/s are 64 Mbit/s
Simple:
Mbit/s and MB/s are not the same.
52 Mbit/s = 6.5 MB/s
Can I improve this anyway, since I already have a WLAN booster in my room shouldn’t be the number higher?
Come on, what kind of n connection you have.
The best result is when you go directly to the router with nem LAN cable.
I also meant a LAN cable from the router to your PC. No way over any amplifiers.
Well the router amplifier (with LAN connection) must be in a socket in which it has a good signal
What does LAN have to do with an outlet?
Otherwise try DLAN – but LAN is best.
There is unfortunately no socket near or If one is nearby, the bad signal to the main router is always displayed
52 MBit/s equals 6.5 MB/s
It’s good
Your 52Mb(it) are roughly a little over 6MB(yte) so with the 8MB they are really great
If you want to download faster, you have to order a faster Internet line
Shouldn’t I already have a WLAN amplifier in my room have the number higher?
I don’t know what kind of Internet line? If the 100Mb or even more should be, then you have neat WLAN problems, as is always the case with WLAN
Differences Mbytes and Mbits
Evtl. is on the Internet
