What would breakfast be like if you ate it every morning?

What is the following breakfast:

Yogurt with flaxseed (+ sometimes with sunflower seeds), oatmeal chocolate muesli, fruit (banana or grapes) and agave syrup?

Is this healthy, unhealthy, ok…?

How are you? What is the purpose of breakfast?

I would add to the yogurt (or Skyr) if necessary (Mager)Quark and different fruits. In addition to linseed, other seeds and nuts (ground) can also be mixed in. If it’s not sweet enough you can work with sweeteners. Whether this now calorie-free alternatives, honey or (vanillin) sugar is left to you.

In oatmeal, the ingredients should be carefully tested. Often this is not much healthier than cornflakes. But you could also mix it yourself. I like oats as a topping for so the fruit jar (Müsli would also work) I have an extra cup with two separate areas for on the go.

So your breakfast can be balanced, but the ingredients are crucial. I would always vary a bit that it still remains varied.

I think it’s boring to eat the same thing every morning. But it’s already balanced.

Since I can’t eat much in the morning, that would be for me already 2 meals ;-), i.e. yogurt and fruit, possibly as an intermediate meal.

In itself quite healthy but in order to “perfection” there is no change.

Schokomüsli would I definitely not take (daily) to me, that already has quite a lot of sugar and then additionally grapes and banana?
Would recommend you to mix the oat flakes + low-fat milk with the banana additionally with cinnamon (I personally know no better combination). Also a delicious breakfast egg should be on the plan…

Then I would also tend more to vegetables to buy tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, depending on your preference, you can also combine this with a delicious whole grain bread (disc). Fresh cheese with a few slices of cucumber and radish on it.

I personally always do almost the same but change doesn’t hurt and does well:)

The main thing is that it tastes you…Lg

Full fat milk is even healthier if you do not pay attention to calories:)

To eat chocolate cereal every morning is probably not necessarily something that will make you healthier, but the dose makes the poison speak it is also coming to the crowd. The rest sounds reasonable.

Would either take Agavensirup or Schokomüsli, is otherwise too much sugar.

(Banans also contain neat fruit sugar)

If you eat it from time to time, don’t waste it.(the Schokomüsli)

Very good composition with protein and fruit, maybe a bit sweet, but overall good.

Is okay because the body gets important nutrients and you get energy for because day comes because the body is like a factory because only when the body gets energy can your body work properly. and your organism comes in a rush
