What probably helps me most is to go through the night before my first night service at home and then sleep the day before the night service. Then my last sleep is not so long, and I can stay awake much longer.

I drink coffee, but I don’t really help warm drinks. I prefer specific or cola. And yes, the caffeine in it does not do much, but the sugar certainly contributes. Anyway, cool and fresh food. I’d rather take zb noodle salad than pasta.

I also see that I do as little as possible at home. Even after waking up at home, there’s still a while in bed, until breakfast at four noon…

And, seriously, I don’t think that really individual routine steps are better than others. More importantly, it’s routine. So you train your body to be awake now. Like the Pavlov dog.
And a little it is also a matter of reconciliation. The more you do, the more you get used to it.

Well, if you had worked the day, you wouldn’t have had much more of the day.

Joa, the alternative is stop that who comes to the clinic at night for two gets said with a heart attack “We are sorry, the lab has closed and therefore we cannot officially confirm that they have a heart attack. That is why we cannot treat them either. And yes, by eight o’clock in the morning they’re dead, but you can’t blame the laboratory personnel for night shifts.”

On the contrary. One night you can stop it, but not 2 to 3 nights in a row. Then you hang around like a wet bag and make mistakes. But if it’s fun for you to get the nights around your ears, it’ll suit you.

Because of a night his sleep rhythms tear out of the train for days, it is worth doing even less than 2-4 nights.

I’m really happy. I don’t think that’s gonna happen. We’re always two and we’re about 30 people, so you can’t get the month full if everyone’s doing just one night.

Then do a night shift in 4 weeks, on the other days your colleagues. That’s how everyone comes.

I don’t know your job, but there’s always something going on with me. Not until midnight till 5:00 in the morning. I usually do a night snack, see what’s in the fridge and what you can eat of it;v, put me out on the balcony and kicked with the other nightmen. If you have other energy you can clean up and refill things.

Of course, if you’re a watchman in front of a screen alone, it’ll help you little, I mean.
