If you can’t pay anything and you haven’t reached your payment limit yet, you can extend it by 30-60 days for little money. Otherwise prove that with the customer service, which have also given me a 1 week deadline to pay the expendable amount.

If you missed the payment destination, you will receive a payment reminder from Klarna with the hint of paying the outstanding amount subsequently. Then you will receive a reminder letter and a reminder fee will be charged. Klarna forwards unpaid invoices to a debt collection agency.
