How is the payment made if you cancel after 1 week?

Hello folks,

Does anyone know what happens if you quit after one week at a new job when the probationary period was six months? You only get paid for the hours you worked, right? And the payment comes at the end of the month, or am I misinformed?

Thank you in advance

Best regards

It’s just getting paid how much std you worked right?

Or hold the number of days.

And the payment follows at the end of the month or am I wrongly informed?

Payment shall be made as agreed by contract.

The actual working time is paid. You’ll get the money at the time you get it without a kiss.

It seems to me, however, that you didn’t think that you had to keep a deadline in the trial period.

What exactly is the term of employment? A contract of employment agreement, after which there is no qualifying period during the trial period, is in fact inadequate. This is only in a collective agreement. However, I have never heard of a collective agreement which does not provide for a period of grace during the trial period.

Or isn’t it about a work contract in Germany?
