There’s no such thing. Easy. You can only buy what you can afford. If you only buy what you want to afford. Give up a maximum of 100€ per person per month for food and all things of daily need and practically do not miss anything. However, it would never happen to me to the things you have mentioned, because they are not eaten here or can’t get anywhere.

No two meals and if necessary a snack. And I’ve been doing this for years when I come from work at 8 p.m. in the evening, I don’t want to eat anything more heavy, or if I don’t want to eat anything more in general if I have to get up again at 4:30 p.m. in the morning. That’s why I have breakfast and lunch on work days and there’s nothing left at night. And if I’m free, I’m having a very late breakfast just at lunchtime and then dinner at the latest by 7:00. But even three times I would get for under 3 €

What do you mean, like in a large kitchen, hospital, canteen or otherwise where is calculated… if I’m right, each head is calculatory at € 1.85 to € 3.80 for up to 3 meals

who says you need 3 meals a day?
For example, I only eat a sandwich at lunch, and a full-fledged meal at night. Nothing in the past – calls itself interval fasting.

Always coming to the hospital. There are hospitals there you get really good food. And then there are hospitals that you can’t even eat if you’re about to starve.

That’s right, I was in a hospital the other day because a friend had broken his collarbone. You couldn’t eat that.

Then you eat something like this rarely and/or you eat a smaller portion and a little more salad and vegetables.

Hello,

No matter what palates and tongues love, in the digestive tract everything becomes a pamp and split up to useful nutrients. Does your stomach ask what it cost? Not the bean and what it does not look noble and does not smell like that.

The offer is wide from the decadent to the most necessary. With sufficient financial resources, the Snobism of the FS can afford, with 200€mtl. certainly one or other Dorade or Lambhaxe less.

Too bad if there is so much month left at the end of the Euros, but the number of towelded “headlights” is limited and the generously doped jobs quickly lost. It means staying on the carpet. If you could afford one.

Let the lambs live, right?

Enjoy!

LG

Harry

As Vadder Busch says in “a man wants up” by Hans Fallada to his little granddaughter. “See Kleenet, we eat what we can get, the towels what they like and the whole rich only the finest.” At that time (1909) the man was probably more than right.

The Gedönsrath is completely overrated anyway.

If I see my sister and family (you, He and the two children in the KiKa-Alter…), where He is not allowed to buy at Lidl and Co., because you mean “you don’t have to buy it in the grade class…you have to return something *blablabla*” and therefore also not only at the local butcher/baker, but for that -…and only … at EDEKA/Reweschir any nature €

Yes I praise our ~500-600€ mtl for foods of which we buy almost only at Lidl/Aldi, but have 5x weekly meat and order 1-2x weekly or go out to eat.

There are still foods that are much cheaper and even taste.

At €200 per month you have a little more than €6 per day for food. This means something that would cost 15€ for 3 days.

So if you want to buy this, you probably have to pay for a week for 2€ a day. What is difficult if you don’t just want to drink tap water.

So once a month Lammhaxe would mean that you have to live for about a week of tap water and cheap bread.
Or just take over your food budget and save elsewhere.

There is no need for luxury food.

However, it is not necessarily harmful.

Yeah, that’s luxury, I don’t have it.

Lammhaxe sounds like luxury for me, and I know that the fish is considered a “edal food fish”.

Luxury is everything you can’t afford 🙂

Both are in the case of luxury and superfluous for the body.

All that is not vital and you cannot afford is luxury.

And fish and meat are not vital. At least not if there are those who cost less than 15€.

Yes, with financial possibilities it is luxury

The point of view. At available 200 € / month for food, yes.

Well, a lambhaxe or Dorade you eat only rarely. In general: Meat is rare. We still have carp for Christmas. But Christmas is only once a year.

Moreover, I spend much less per month, but I also build vegetables and fruits, which is not quite comparable.

Hello,

good Dorade and good lamb haxe are not an everyday food for me personally….

I’ll never prepare anything like that. On the one hand, I don’t like lamb and Dorade at most eat out….

I would get other food from the 200€….

You can also feed yourself differently, namely cheaper and yet very healthy.

Not at all. Too expensive. You don’t buy a Porsche if you don’t have enough money.

Either not at all or rarely

If you have little money, you can only afford cheap food

myotis

The kink in your consideration is that it doesn’t exist daily…

200 Eur per day are cut 6,67 Eur…

185 Eur for one day less are 6,37 Eur…

So what…
