Hello. Tomorrow I'm flying with EgyptAir to Hurghada. A few months ago, the plane was lost and crashed. Now I'm afraid the same thing will happen to me tomorrow. What are the chances of something like this happening again? And what are the chances of the plane being hijacked?

Flying is the safest method to travel. You may have heard the saying that the likelihood of being hit on the road by a falling flowerpot is higher than to crash with an airplane.
I’m flying about. 2 times a month and never as relaxed as flying. I often sleep before we take off. Just stay relaxed and enjoy your holiday.
The number of accidents is often heard by this, and this is, in comparison to the successful flights, very small, i.e. good flight 🙂

Especially in comparison with all the bus gaps, car accidents and train gaps (which happens much more often than a plane crashes). Flying is the safest way to travel.

The probability of dying in a household or car accident is higher. I don’t know if that’s a comfort.
I personally wouldn’t fly to Egypt anymore. The counter seems rather unstable, what you hear. Also well protected tourist areas are no longer so safe.
