In total, smokers produced around 84 million tons of CO2 equivalent per year – that is 0.2 percent of global greenhouse gases.

This should be differentiated.

Smoking: HOCH

Smoking means burning. This results in a high load.

Steam: near NULL

Steam works without combustion. That’s why you can assume values near NULL. A restriction could be made. In the production of these disposable parts there is of course also a CO2 load. A few trains and it’s special waste.

Minimum. The poison does not kill CO2.
