What was the name of this children's series?

I recently thought about a children's series I saw on CD maybe 10 years ago. The problem is, I don't remember much:

There were several parts and it started with some space scene where some characters flew to Earth for whatever reason.

The show featured real actors. I mean, there was always a woman who always had these stuffed animals or whatever with her. I remember a scene where she was in the office and these things were in her backpack. They then went out and sneaked around somewhere because they had to do something and didn't want to get caught.

I mean, those things had some special abilities.

In any case, the intro was always awesome
