How do I help friends get away from SV?
A really close friend of mine is self-harming and I want to help her somehow but I really don't know how because she can't get help from therapists or anything because her parents are strictly against it

How long did your child's sleep regression last at 12 months? And how were your children – what did you do?
I have dreamed twice about someone throwing up. Today I was in a room and next to this room there was a toilet and you could hear the sound of vomiting. and finally the same. Do you know why I dream like this (vomiting is also one of my biggest fears)?
My parents have been arguing a lot for a few years now, but four months ago it got really bad and they argue almost non-stop. Yesterday they dragged us into their argument again. Hi my question is which is the best lucid dreaming device?
I've noticed that for years now, when I'm sober, I can't laugh at anything on my own, even if something is funny, I don't laugh, but when other people are around I have to laugh a lot, does anyone know why that is?
Hello, I am 24 years old. I have already been in an assisted living facility and then became even sicker than before. I still live with my parents and I have stress with them. I don't know if this is a good idea. What is your opinion?
