Neither.

“Please send the result to my treating dentist.”

Grammar: ‘Everyone transmit something’ – Dativ, without preposition. If it were a place where someone should be sent, then the preposition would be correct and would require battery if the question is ‘Where’. However, in your example, ‘Zahnarzt’ is rated as a personality not as a place. An example where personalities could be considered a general goal is if they are to be above all impersonal nature, such as: “Transfer the documents to a dentist.” – From understanding, personality can become a destination in this case, so that “on” can make sense. But it still went without “on” in the Dativ: “Transfer the documents to a dentist.” – What is used depends heavily on the intention of the speaker and how the object was meant (target or personality). Some phrases strongly suggest that the personalities were addressed and not the place, such as the combination of posessive pronouns + living beings.

Basically you have two grammatical rules here: The basic shape of the verb is in connection with the tripod, without preposition. The addition “on” as a preposition then requires battery if the question “Where” can be asked. Dativ is used for “Where”.

The verb here is called “transmitting” and not “transmitting”.

The prepsition indicates a location indication, but in the given example only one personality can be meant, no place. So no preposition is added.
