Wie heißt dieser Pefferwert, der aussagt, dass es guter Pfeffer ist?

Sowas wie Scoville für Schärfe, aber für die Pfefferqualität.

Glaube in Österreich muss Pfeffer einen bestimmtne Wert davon haben, um Pfeffer genannt werden zu dürfen

The substance is piperine. A quality gauge.

I have some doubts. Piperine is an isolated substance in pepper. Accordingly, caffeine would have to be a quality meter for coffee, but it is not.

In pepper, the differences are not very large. If you want it to be sharper you take a little more if one of the intense pepper taste doesn’t bother me, a light note tastes better. With Scoville this has little to do,

What? Pepper is pepper when it comes from a certain plant, the pepper plant. Botanically, by the way, Sichuan pepper is not pepper.
