Hello everyone, on Friday I ordered two tickets from Eventim for a concert in December to surprise my boyfriend, paying with PayPal within 30 days. However, I haven't received a confirmation email, let alone tracking or anything else. Why? Can I possibly cancel the purchase on PayPal? Or what's the best way to proceed?
