Wie heißen geschnittene Hasen auch Uhrrädla genannt außerhalb Frankens. Für welche die es nicht kennen, es handelt sich um eine Art Mürbeteig der in Butterschmalz ausgebacken wird.

Not at all. I believe that this is a genuine Franconian speciality that you do not really know elsewhere in Germany. I’ve never heard anything about it before and had to googlen like the ones and look like them.

But if I’m in Franken, I’ll cost her. I think it is nice that there are such culinary specialties in Germany and that one also adheres to them. And it’s not bad that you really know that only regionally. It often makes it special.
