Vitamin tablets do not help get pregnant.

Only one thing is important: the intake of folic acid, and most importantly from child’s request. This is important for preventing neural tube defects. Of course, you can buy the expensive brand products from advertising, but a cheap preparation (e.g. Folio forte) is enough.

If “longer time” means that you’ve been trying for over a year, you should contact a nursery clinic.

A balanced diet usually suffices

But folic acid is recommended. I took vitaverlan. recommended by the female doctor

I’ll be able to close you. But first of all, you have to try to listen to your body. When I tried, I got pregnant right away.

Listen to the body: you may have. Pain in ovulation… no one wants to have GV in pain. But then I just pulled it through and then it worked. No app and no computer could call me the right day. Only my body showed me when it was ready. Just one example.🥰

Vitamin tablets help rarely get pregnant. Generally a healthy way of life, and possibly folic acid tablets (according to advertising at least also at child’s request).

I’d go to FA and talk to him.

Is it up to you or him? Have you been testing his sperm?

high-dose zinc + folic acid could help in manning, as sperm number and morphology improved

Go to the gynecologist or to the pharmacy if you haven’t noticed the advertisement.
