How do you unlock a dishwasher?

I'm currently having a problem with my dishwasher. The manufacturer is Exquisite, but unfortunately I don't know the exact model or have it written down. I can't find it on the manufacturer's website either, so it's probably not the newest machine.
The problem is that the machine is locked in the Eco program. Changing the program is impossible; the program button is inactive. The Eco program itself and the time setting (3h, 6h, 9h) work perfectly.
From experience, I know of machines that have a program lock (e.g. a Bosch machine that I once had in a holiday apartment), but that could be easily unlocked with a certain key combination.
There's nothing about this in the manuals for Exquisit machines – in fact, it's also been criticized in reviews, as I've read. Does anyone have experience with this type of machine and could help me?

I’ve had a lot of “cheap” dishwashers, but I’ve never had a program lock.
I guess the device’s broken. The buttons for the program selection are without contact (hanged, line wasted…), so the standard program “Eco” is always started.
I already had the guess – I’ll have to live with it.
As I said, I had a machine with a lock – so I had hope here.
You can try this.
Open the door. Hold the on/off button 5 -10 seconds, then leave it again. Close the door. Now the machine has been reset.
