It’s a “normal” herbal tea.

Since (probably) no sugar has been added, the tea is healthy. Like all herbal teas. Depending on the variety, other vitamins and soothing substances are included, which also help well in colds.

In fruit teas there is often a lot (fruit) sugar or acid, which is unhealthy for the teeth (less bad than cola, but worse than water). In addition, very acidic tea can hit the stomach. Nevertheless, the consumption of one or two small teapots a day is not a problem.

Caffeine is included in green and black tea. Even if the teas are very tasty, high consumption can cause headaches. One or two cups are similar to a cup of coffee. But these teas are also healthy by the accompanying substances. But, just before bedtime, you shouldn’t drink a cup if you react sensitively to caffeine.

Hagebuttentee is a vitamin C bomb, so it’s not quite wrong, but I’d like to go to a tea shop and buy you something right than the stuff from the supermarket.
