How dangerous is this? 3 or 4 hours of sleep, medication, caffeine overdose, and much more?

I'm mentally exhausted. I ended up crying a lot and everything. Today was better, but yesterday was the same. I've only slept 3 or 4 hours the last few days, mentally devastated, and I take antidepressants to help me sleep, which only works to a limited extent. I cry until 2 or 3 a.m. and wake up at 6 a.m. I've been completely useless for a week.

During the day I also take

3 caffeine tablets, 4 cups of coffee, 2 cold Red Bulls, a drink with caffeine (200mg?), 1 cold instant coffee with milk from the Penny.😭.

Wants to go down tomorrow but how bad was that, says honestly

It’s a little torture for your body. In antidepressant, you usually have to pay attention to its caffeine consumption, but even without the drugs, it would be too much caffeine and too little sleep. Listen to your body before you get heart problems or anything else.

Too much caffeine.

That could go bad. Like a 16-year-old by much too much RedBull. Heart failure.

The caffeine has definitely been too much. You have to stabilise and get clear in your head first. Don’t consume anything anymore.
