I am a trainee and have to send some papers via my company's internal mail .
Well, of course I have to write the address on the letter that is supposed to receive it.
But what about the sender? That is, me.
I don't need to give my private address since it doesn't come from there.
What do I enter there? Do I even need to specify a recipient? Do I need to add a stamp, or will my internal mail department do it for me?

So with us, house mail has nothing to do with sending by mail. There are extra DIN A4 envelopes and you put it in. There are many other entries on it because these envelopes are used again and again. You pass the old entry and write your own name as a sender on it and to which department/person it should go. Then there is a distribution box in the company where each department has a compartment. That thing comes in.
Please not your private address!
Certainly there is a guide for the use of the house mail. Let them give you or best explain how to do this. This varies from company to company.

House mail is something very individual, that organizes every company differently. If you don’t know what’s going on with you, please ask. This is the only way to learn something in an education.
