I'm getting a partial crown next week, and now I have a temporary made of plastic or cement or whatever in there, and it feels so gross. The bottom surface (I don't know what it's called) is completely flat instead of square and pointy. How does a partial crown made of all-ceramic feel, and have you ever had one fall out?
