How do I best formulate my salary expectations?

Hey everyone, I had a phone interview yesterday. It couldn't have gone better. She said everything was a great fit and that she could imagine working there very well. We were on a first-name basis and on a first-name basis right away. She asked me on the phone if I'd be interested in a trial period, and I agreed. However, she also said I should think about what I'm looking for in terms of salary. How should I best express this in the email? Everything I've got in mind sounds somewhat demanding. I look forward to your replies.

Thank you in advance

Best regards

You say that you are not good in the wage negotiations and say: “for that reason, I do not want too much I do not get the job, I do not want them to believe that I can do it well.” ….

then see how that reacts.

Realistic is a payment so ca. 10 percent over collective agreement.

all good!

You just say

By tariff or “industrial”

I’ve always done this and I’ve been driving well

It would be good to know what work it is.

This is not a training profession, so everyone can call themselves. If the company hires you, it’s okay. The apartment provided is then considered to be a salary component, i.e. tax and social insurance.

You’ll probably get 2,000 – 2,500 € gross.
