Die voreingebenen Werte auf meinem Stick waren folgende:

Der Stick selbst hat eine größe von 128GB (steht auf der Verpackung)
Mein BIOS Update welches neu aufgespielt werden soll hat eine Gesamtgrösse von 13,44 mb:

These are less than 128 GB, as the file system itself needs space for administration.
But it doesn’t matter for yourself, because, as I said, you need very little space for the BIOS.
Assignment units should simply be administrative variables for the file system. If you don’t know what this is, you can’t care.
Belasse’s on the proposal. The “size of the assignment unit” does not matter for your use.
The memory is addressed in blocks. With small “adjustment units” fewer storage space is lost when storing many tiny files. For this, the administrative excuse rises. The proposal in the formatting tool is a sensible automatic selection.
Quick formatting is enough if you don’t suspect errors in the stick.
