What is the best way to find jobs in Australia?

My boyfriend and I want to go to Australia at the end of the year, specifically to Sydney. We plan to stay there for about six months and work during that time. Of course, it's important for us to get a job. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it best to do it through an organization, or is it better to go it alone?

Thank you for your help

You have to comply with legal frameworks. Working visa (e.g. Bsp w&t visum).

Everything else depends on factors such as:

what do you have for a job,

how are your claims,

how good are your language skills, etc.

You have to work in oz, you don’t get anything.

Good luck!

Hello

a work and travel stay in Austalien is a good idea. To your points:

Experience

  • On this page you will hardly ask successfully. In addition, experience reports will not help you in general: everyone makes this trip only once and cannot compare.
  • Everyone has his own ideas and evaluates subjectively.
  • In the net are many reviews Fakes.
  • Better if you take your requirements and wishes and the framework conditions to the scale.

The following starting points are normally recommended for the search for iodine for Australia:

  • Agencies or exchange organisations with contacts to potential employers
  • Job search directly after arrival on site duch “Abklappenrn” by hotels, restaurants etc.
  • Onlione search machines in Australia for jobs that are usually designed for backpackers, e.g. https://www.backpackerjobboard.com.au/
  • who travels in the country can keep an eye out for open places at any time – often with success.

Staying abroad is a larger project. You should do that systematically. There are

How do you imagine that? You’re going to Australia for a little bit, get a couple of months and come back? How naive is that? Do you seriously think this can be implemented?

If you want to work there, you need the right visa. In your case, that would be the working holiday visum. You can apply for this from 18 to 30 years. is valid for 12 months and is issued once. If you do this earlier, the remaining time window of the visa will expire.

What do you want to do in Sydney? Have you ever thought about it?

Are you also aware that at the end of the year there is a summer and, in addition, the main holiday and travel time?

First inform you on the “official” page how such a visa application expires and what you need to consider. https://www.australia.com/de-de/youth-travel/working-holiday-visa/how-to-apply-for-a-working-holiday-visa-417.html

You do not need an organization that only costs money for what you can do yourself.

If you have further questions, look here for: https://www.australia.com/de-de/youth-travel/working-holiday-visa/faq.html

And keeps in mind that this visa is valid for 12 months and you should also use it. As far as job search is concerned, there are links on the Internet with offers for backpackers or also hangouts in the hostels where the backpackers usually descend.

Read through the two links I have called. Then you start again from the start with the idea and planning the implementation of the idea.

And remember, Australia is not waiting for you. If you want to go there, you must stick to their rules.

Have fun in planning and have fun down under.
