A very interesting substance, which can draw significant psychological consequences both negatively and positively, since a single take can already bring about fundamental changes in the personality structure, as well as the world view of a person and his life philosophy can change.

According to psychiatrists, among others Stanislav Grof, the founder of transpersonal psychology, who has been researching LSD for decades, the changes in existence can lead to positive changes, among others through increased self-acceptance, empathy, tolerance for paradoxes and contradictions, spontaneity, spirituality and creativity, as well as reduced egocentricism.”

LSD is an extremely powerful psychological tool for the psyche and not suitable as a party drug for the (young) curiosity.

LSD is developed by natural scientists in Halluzinogen Research, the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) and the National Institute for Drug Abuse of the U.S. Department of Health as a non-dependency-generating substance, since it does not generate addiction behavior.

, “Physical health consequences of Halluzinogen intake could never be empirically documented despite extensive underestimation (cf., for example, Hintzen & Passie 2010). Since no case of addiction or Dependence is known, psychedelics are regarded as somatically harmless substances (cf. Nichols 2004; Passie et al 2002; 2008.”

, animal experiments suggest that the ratio of active dose to fatal dose of LSD in humans is about 1:1000, i.e. the thousand times dose of an effective dose would lead to fatal poisoning in humans. Pharmaceuticals assume a therapeutic range of 280. This would make LSD a safe drug. Direct deaths have hitherto been known only for animal experiments in which animals are deliberately administered an overdose intravenously, but not for humans.”

Since LSD and psychedelics generally have very low toxicity and no addiction potential, but “only” risks for the psyche-which can be seriousLSD and psilocybin are classified in the “soft” drugs.

A study by the University of Basel showed that LSD can alleviate fears in a generalized anxiety disorder. In addition, references to a positive effect were found in cluster headaches, depression and an alcohol consumption disorder.

Of course, it is a difference whether very young, mentally unstable lay people take LSD on their own, or whether this is done in the medical and psychotherapeutic framework. For young people or persons with vulnerability, the use of LSD is a major risk. For research, LSD is very interesting and could be a lucky case in the treatment of various clinical disorders.

I think LSD is an equally misunderstood and potent substance, with inexhaustible therapeutic potential. Although an experience can be quite interesting and enriching, it should be pointed out that such a thing is never guaranteed in psychedelics. Such an experience can be mentally and physically extremely strenuous and in serious cases even traumatize. Minors and people with certain pre-disorders or unfavorable genetic dispositions are urgently advised of consumption.

General information about the typical effects and side effects as well as the risks associated with consumption can be found here:

I’m sure it’s an interesting experience when it’s true.

It may also have high potential in the treatment of some mental illnesses.

Yes, that is possible if you hang at once in a psychosis ( schizophrene), this person doesn’t know what’s going on, I can imagine that you take life at the moment, but questionable

It’s enough to hurt the psyche. I can’t hear this beautiful talk of illegal drugs anymore.

Too dangerous compared to what? And it can’t make addiction.

while LSD zombies are all on the pocket.

What are you doing?

It is not enough to have studied, but also to be humanly suited to this profession.

I see.

You are right, there are such irresponsible doctors, and some are self-dependent. It is not enough to have studied, but also to be humanly suited to this profession.

The difference to LSD is, benzodiazepines and opiates prescribed by the doctor. And yes, the state is interested in the health of the citizens, because only a healthy citizen works and pays taxes while LSD zombies are on their pockets.
