I’ve been circumcised with Ü40, but the hygiene wasn’t the reason I had in control. Means in my case: acorn and inner foreskin always *mechanically* cleaned with the bathing brush and soap, always urinated with pulled back foreskin and always dry-dryed with toilet paper. No smell was there anymore. When I was then trimmed, I still strayed how nicely clean, soft, gentle and dry everything feels, all the time. That was not a comparison to before: no more moist tack, you can touch anywhere at any time without a narrow finger.
