Hallo, meine Mutter hat Curry gekauft welches man in der Mikrowelle erhitzt, habe es aber im Ofen gemacht und das Plaste ist ein bisschen geschmolzen am Rand. Haferflocken mit Wasser Kalorien?
Hi, wenn man Nudeln oder Reis in Wasser kocht verlieren diese ja an Kalorien, weil das Wasser aufgesogen wird oder so, meine Frage lautet: gilt das auch wenn man zB. 200g Haferflocken mit Wasser vermischt? Haben die dann andere Nährstoffe, Mineralstoffe, Kalorien, etc?

Heyy leute Ich bin vor kurzen 16 geworden bin vor paar Monaten noch 67kg gewesen bin jetzt 62kg und möchte bis zu 55kg abnehmen aber weis nicht wie weil ich sogut wie kein Gemüse gern haben und weis auch nicht wie ich das mit Sport machen soll weil ich meistens bis 17 uhr Schule haben…

So I cook Gulasch myself. It is simple and (technical) fast. Why would I get it in the can?
There are many different vendors who are sure to sell different flavoring stews; I always do mine myself.
I find it disgusting. I’ve been cooking my Gulasch myself since I was 19.
I prefer to cook it fresh
A Gulasch tastes warm up only after the third time!
