What do you think of the email?

Our teacher forgot to give the grades and had to do it spontaneously last week. She forgot or even ignored my extra work. What would you change in the email? I'm open to suggestions for improvement.

Good day Ms. xy,

During the grade review last week, you didn't include my additional contribution, the offer for those who weren't entirely satisfied with their work. Perhaps you missed it because I wrote a continuous text instead of a presentation and sent you the results via email. Since my mathematical score is 11.66 and I'm one point short of a higher exam grade and ultimately a higher grade on my report card, this additional contribution could have a positive impact on my grade.
