Ich überlege als DII, ein Haus in Chalkidiki, Griechenland, zu kaufen. Sind Immobilien in Griechenland für EU-Bürger sicher? Ist das Eigentum gut durch Gesetze abgesichert, oder gibt es Risiken wie Enteignung oder unsichere Besitzrechte? Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit Immobilienkauf in Griechenland?
So far, I was only a few times in the Alpamare in Bad Tölz (sincerally closed) and in the Therme Erding.
