What do you think of the bread?
I love it. Very nutritious and healthy
I'm on a diet and have only eaten one meal today. I'm eating the second one at 2:00 a.m. Is that unhealthy? Have I allowed myself small snacks in between? I want to keep muscle and am out of the mass phase. What do you think? How many meals should I eat on a diet…
I already have a yogurt maker, now I just need recipes. Thanks 🙂
Tips on what I could eat I don't have much time to eat every day but would like to gain weight
We're not talking about anorexics who are sick, but rather people who voluntarily abstain from food for a month. Lately, I've been seeing a lot of reports about this extreme form of fasting, where you don't eat anything for an entire month.
I know not every cafeteria is the same. But I'd still be interested to know if you've found that regularly eating at the university cafeteria has made you gain weight? If you're very young, this question might be irrelevant, but for older students, perhaps? What have your experiences been? I have the feeling that if…
You can eat. Packed breads are also suitable for storage.
But my favorite bread really isn’t.
Healthy, but strenuous to chew.
It’s healthy but I don’t like it. With bread, I would like to have proper bread and no chopped oats and seeds
Good for the bunker or notation.
Did I eat often, tastes like meat somehow
Iiiiih. German bread. Dark, heavy, pappy, bitter. Cuddled tablecloth. Rye and whole grain waste. Or even worse, now also with oats (fertilizer). Right bread can be found on the western Mediterranean. Baguettes, Pane rustico, barras. Wheat-white bread. Inside coarse and spicy, outside crispy.
Tastes very good, makes a lot of radau in the intestine.
I never ate.
Greetings
Bread should be bread. That’s not a real bread.
Nothing for me
